JOB VACANCY AT THE USAID/UCC FISHERIES AND COASTAL MANAGEMENT CAPACITY BUILDING SUPPORT PROJECT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CAPE COAST, GHANA
The USAID/UCC Fisheries and Coastal Management Capacity Building Support Project intends to use part of its funding allocation from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to employ a qualified person to fill the following position:
Monitoring and Evaluation Support Officer(1 Position)
The second edition of the J-Term jointly run by the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, University of Cape Coast and the Coastal Resources Center, University of Rhode Island is expected to take place in July 2019. This 3-week exchange programme seeks to enhance the academic knowledge of participating undergraduate students in global fisheries, coastal environment and resource management issues whilst deepening their appreciation of a multi-disciplinary approach and cross-cultural perspective to addressing these challenges.

CONFERENCE ON FISHERIES AND COASTAL ENVIRONMENT
Scientists from Ghana’s universities and research institutions, civil society, private sector, fishermen and fishmongers, government ministries and agencies, representatives from the USAID Sustainable Fisheries Management Project (SFMP) of the University of Rhode Island, USA in all numbering 240, convened in Accra for the first Conference on Fisheries and Coastal Environment (CFCE), referred to as the Accra Conference 2017.

The Master of Philosophy Degree study will cover a period of two academic years beginning 2017/18 academic year.
The USAID/UCC Fisheries and Coastal Management Capacity Building Support Project will hold a Board Meeting at the CCM Conference room at CESLT on Thursday December 22, 2016 at 10.00 am.
